About the Role

ERP Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Optum and client business unit requirements.
• Support and configure

  Workday Time Tracking

  functionality.
• Assist in migrations

  to/from Workday Time Tracking

  (preferably from UKG Kronos).
• Configure and resolve global time entry issues (web entry, calendar view, project-based time entry, scheduling, etc.).
• Troubleshoot incidents related to

  in/out punches, units, worktags, and scheduling rules

  .
• Configure and support

  Mobile/Web clocks

  (check-in/out, geofencing, activity history).
• Build and maintain

  APIs/integrations

  with physical time clocks and third-party systems like

  Dormakaba

  .
• Configure calculations for

  payroll, overtime, holidays, shift differentials, predictive scheduling

  , etc.
• Work on integrations between

  Workday Time Tracking

  and other modules (HCM, Payroll, Absence).
• Learn and support new systems like

  ShiftWizard

  and other scheduling/clock management tools.
• Manage the

  change control process

  for requests through migration to Production tenants.
• Support

  application upgrades, security, and access management

  .
• Monitor

  integration schedules, interface errors, and ServiceNow queues

  for urgent requests.
• Document requirements and expected results in collaboration with clients and informatics teams.
• Write queries, build reports, and create dashboards to meet end-user needs.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience

  with Workday Time Tracking (configuration, troubleshooting, integrations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with

  Kronos Workforce Central / Dimensions

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ShiftWizard

  and

  Dormakaba

  .
• Expertise in

  clock configuration and troubleshooting

  .
• Previous experience in

  interface design and maintenance

  .
• Exposure to

  Bhoomi

  integration tools.
