About the Role

ERP Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

Support the enterprise
ERP system (Workday)
by building and maintaining reports and dashboards.
Design, develop, and deploy new modules, projects, and enhancements.
Manage
change control processes
, including migration to Production tenants.
Provide support for application upgrades, maintenance, security, and user access.
Monitor
ServiceNow queue
for urgent requests and assign tickets accordingly.
Work directly with clients and change management teams to document business requirements.
Participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical off-hours issues.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience
in creation/modification of matrix, composite, and advanced reports/dashboards across functional areas in Workday.
Demonstrated ability to translate functional specifications into technical deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Hands-on experience in
Workday report building and dashboard development
