About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Enterprise Sales Strategist to lead and scale our enterprise sales strategy. You will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and driving strategic relationships with key enterprise customers across [region/industry]. This is a senior role with direct impact on the company’s go-to-market success and long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue and customer acquisition across key markets.
  • Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to close for enterprise-level deals (6- to 8-figure contracts).
  • Drive strategic deals by engaging C-level stakeholders, building deep customer relationships, and negotiating complex contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey and tailored enterprise solutions.
  • Forecast and report sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics to executive leadership.
  • Refine the sales process, implement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong), and optimize KPIs to improve team efficiency and close rates.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and positioning.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, including 3–5 years in a Enterprise Sales role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million revenue targets.
  • Experience selling complex solutions (e.g., SaaS, enterprise software, services) to Fortune 1000 or large global enterprises and funded startups
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level buyers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and modern sales stack.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; able to operate at tactical levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in [industry vertical] such as SaaS, Fintech, Cybersecurity, or Cloud.
  • Regional market experience (e.g., Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai).
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
