Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Lead to drive our corporate sales strategy and the enterprise sales function. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing high-value enterprise accounts, managing strategic partnerships, and growing a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue goals.

This is a mid to senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, and the ability to develop tailored solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a scalable enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth across corporate accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities with large organizations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver value to enterprise clients.
  • Structure a team of enterprise sales professionals, setting performance targets and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a senior/team role focused on enterprise or corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding large revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, consultative sales processes, and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

What We Offer:

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
