Core Responsibilities & Impact Area Key Responsibilities Strategic Impact Strategy & Planning Translating business strategies into a clear technological roadmap. Ensures IT investments directly support business goals and drive competitive advantage. Design & Standards Defining architectural principles, standards, and models (Business, Data, Application, and Technology). Reduces complexity, improves interoperability, and standardizes technology usage across the enterprise. Governance & Review Overseeing the architectural governance process and reviewing project solutions for compliance. Manages technical debt, ensures security compliance, and controls IT risks. Innovation & Roadmap Identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential application within the enterprise. Fosters innovation and guides the organization through digital transformation initiatives. Consulting & Mentorship Advising senior management and mentoring delivery teams on architectural best practices. Facilitates organizational change and builds a strong, unified technical culture.
