ResponsibilitiesProcess Invoice Requests in Workday to include the following tasks:— Review requests for appropriate spend within Young Life policies.— Validate that information on the invoice is the same as information submitted on the invoice request.— Make sure that items are substantiated with proper and complete documentation.— Communicate with field staff or vendor if any information is missing in order to process the request.Process Expense Reports in Workday to include the following tasks:— Review Expense Report transactions for appropriate spend within Young Life policies.— Verify information on the Expense Report for completeness.— Make sure that items are substantiated with proper and complete documentation.— Follow up with field staff and volunteers on questionable transactions.Individual must process the items in his/her queue(s) accurately and within the designated timeframe. As well as assist other team members as needed.Train field staff on Young Life procedures and policies.Assist with team administrative duties. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled MEP Projects Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system designs using Autodesk Revit (MEP) or similar BIM software. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating accurate and coordinated MEP drawings, supporting design and construction teams across various commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) system drawings and models using Revit MEP , AutoCAD MEP , or equivalent. Create and update layouts, schematics, and sections for HVAC, lighting, power, water, drainage, and fire protection systems. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines for clash-free design models. Assist in the preparation of design documentation including BOQs, schedules, and as-built drawings. Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into models and drawings. Maintain drawing standards and ensure all work complies with project specifications, codes, and standards. Support engineers in load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing (using tools like HAP, DIALux, etc., if required). Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 2–3 years of relevant experience in MEP designs Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and any other BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
