Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, driving sales, and developing business opportunities. The role includes overseeing sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent account management and strategic initiatives. The individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management preferably cybersecurity security domain
• Lead Generation and Business Development expertise
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
