Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Account Manager, located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include lead generation, effective communication with clients, and maintaining and growing client relationships to achieve sales targets. This role demands proactive engagement with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions.

• Experience 8-12 years of Technology Sales experience
• Positive disposition, go-getter attitude, self-driven.
• Good CIO/CISO connects.
• Sales Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Customer Service and Lead Generation skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Proven experience in sales and account management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the cybersecurity or information technology industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
