Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers, IT heads, and security teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, presentations, and proposals to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated with cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to provide thought leadership to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the IT Security / Cybersecurity domain enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of selling solutions to enterprises (BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, IT/ITES).
  • Strong network of industry connections and decision-makers in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to manage and grow large accounts
