In this role, you will.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Essential skills and requirements.

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant sales role.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
Proficiency in Crm software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in contract negotiation and account planning.
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel to meet with clients as needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
