Job Description

You will be joining a prominent player in the Internet Service Provider sector in India as an Enterprise Account Manager based in Hyderabad. With a strong commitment to delivering high-speed broadband services, our client has established a significant market presence and is continuously expanding its customer base. As the Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving Leased line and SME Sales & ARPU targets for the Enterprise Business vertical. Your role will involve managing revenue and end-to-end account management with a high level of client relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and submitting an annual sales plan and budget covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines, and geographic spread of corporate clients - Designing and implementing sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales and ARPU targets - Conducting daily tracking and maintaining compliance against the sales plan - Submitting Management Information System (MIS) reports in the approved format and periodicity - Conducting reviews and sales trainings for the Enterprise Business team - Coordinating with the operations team and streamlining running processes - Providing periodic market intelligence reports and market assessments for customer satisfaction - Ensuring 100% adherence to company processes, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Assuming administrative control for the Enterprise Business Vertical - Implementing approved sales promotions schemes and educating the team on department vision, processes, and policies - Analyzing market potential, building databases, and focusing on b2b market universe To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Post graduation qualification - Minimum of 5 years of overall experience - Relevant experience in B2B Sales from the Telecommunication field - Experience in Internet Leased Line Sales You will be part of Hireginie, a talent search company dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations.
