Enterprise Account Director || Digiaccel Learning || Gurugram -Work from Office


Build employability through education


Digiaccel Learning is looking to expand its enterprise revenue team. This team’s primary goal is to scale the enterprise education vertical by scoping and servicing the needs of some of India’s leading companies across eCommerce, FMCG, advertising and media.


The company has two established lines of revenue – MDPs (education programs for working professionals to raise the bar/ reskill) and PGP (Reimagined MBA for the digital & AI first world). This position will work on MDP side of things.


In this position as Associate Director of Enterprise Revenue, you will work directly with the SVP of Enterprise revenue and the Founders. You will be responsible for the revenue pipeline of this division – inbounds and outbounds. The role will require interacting with senior leaders across business and HR in India’s leading companies to discover and solution for their learning and hiring needs. The role will also involve conceptualizing, executing and amplifying events that can help the Institute showcase it’s thought leadership in its particular circle of competence.

Responsibilities


  • Owning the corporate brand and reputation for Digiaccel Learning.
  • Build and operate the revenue funnel – from prospecting to closure (sourcing to onboarding) and scaling current customers through renewals and cross selling (expansion).
  • Building scalable systems that enable Digiaccel Learning to talk about its offerings to relevant companies.
  • Understand the different offerings to scope, identify and target enterprise and startup leaders with relevant solutions.
  • Build a deep understanding of skill gaps and needs to be able to curate and propose relevant program constructs.
  • Conceptualize, execute and amplify events by working with partners across the ecosystem.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience


  • MBA with at least 2 years of work-experience. Prior work-ex in FMCG Sales and Account management, SaaS Sales, Account Management or Consulting is preferred.
  • Should have some experience of interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Should be process focussed and enjoy interacting with other people. If this drains your energy, this is not the role for you.
  • Make well solutioned and pretty looking slide decks.
  • Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate
