Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Team Lead located in Vasant Vihar. The Engineering Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering services. Tasks include project management, technical leadership, mentoring team members, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to achieve overall company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Technical skills in engineering design and development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
