Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with expertise in .NET Core, Microservices, REST API development, and TypeScript to lead our engineering team. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring high productivity, motivation, and career development.
• Architect, design, and review solutions built with .NET Core, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Oversee front-end and back-end integration with TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Drive adoption of scalable cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and ensure system performance, reliability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, REST API development, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Node.js).
• Experience designing and deploying distributed systems at scale.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ Yr Experience
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Prior experience mentoring engineers and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
