Act as a thought leader in shaping AI-first business transformation initiatives. AI & Data-Driven Solutions Drive end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles — from ideation to deployment — across predictive analytics, personalization, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and customer intelligence . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI architectures , integrate data pipelines, and deliver actionable business insights. Leverage expertise in GenAI, RAG, multi-agent systems, and advanced data engineering to craft innovative client solutions. Client & Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with Indian and global enterprise clients , ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business KPIs. Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and delivery squads. Manage multi-country implementations and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution. Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance . Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Technology, Data Science, or Business (IIT/IIM/ISB/NIT preferred). Experience: 10+ years in consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in Retail, FMCG, and Consumer Goods domains . Background: Prior experience in Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY) or MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) consulting firms preferred. Strong expertise in AI, ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and scaling AI solutions. Exposure to cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Airbyte, DBT, etc.). Experience working with Indian and international clients across strategy, execution, and change management . Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills Prior work on AI-driven transformation projects in Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods . Experience leading multi-country client engagements and managing P&L responsibilities .
