About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Engineering Manager Full Stack

to lead and mentor a high-performing team of frontend & backend engineers. The ideal candidate is a

hands-on technologist

with deep expertise in

TypeScript, Angular

, and

RESTful APIs

, combined with a strong ability to manage people, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers to deliver world-class web applications.
• Architect, design, and review scalable, maintainable frontend solutions using Angular and TypeScript.
• Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to define technical requirements and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Establish and promote best practices in software engineering, including coding standards, testing, and CI/CD.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team.
• Manage performance, career growth, and team engagement effectively.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across platforms.
  

Requirements

• 810 years of total experience in software development, with at least 23 years in either people management or tech lead roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven track record in building and delivering scalable architectures.
• Solid understanding of frontend build pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business context and team management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Web3 and associated technologies will be an added advantage
