Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality features and improvements. Own architectural decisions and enforce engineering best practices. Ensure accountability, technical quality, and productivity across your team. Mentor and grow engineering talent—set clear expectations and support career development. Collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams to translate business needs into smart technical solutions. Proactively identify risks, tech debt, and opportunities for optimization. Contribute to long-term engineering and hiring strategy in India. ✅ Ideal Candidate 5+ years of software engineering experience (Node.js, React, PHP, PostgreSQL, etc.). 2+ years in a team leadership or engineering management role. Experience managing remote teams and working cross-functionally with global counterparts. Strong understanding of system design, architecture, CI/CD, and AWS/cloud infrastructure. Fluent in Agile methodologies and sprint management tools. Hands-on when needed—comfortable reviewing code or helping unblock a developer. ⭐ Bonus Points If You Have: Fintech, debt collection, or healthcare experience. Worked with AI/automation platforms or complex workflows.
