🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and UI/UX contributors.
• Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
• Own architectural decisions and enforce engineering best practices.
• Ensure accountability, technical quality, and productivity across your team.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent—set clear expectations and support career development.
• Collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams to translate business needs into smart technical solutions.
• Proactively identify risks, tech debt, and opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to long-term engineering and hiring strategy in India.

✅ Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (Node.js, React, PHP, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• 2+ years in a team leadership or engineering management role.
• Experience managing remote teams and working cross-functionally with global counterparts.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, CI/CD, and AWS/cloud infrastructure.
• Fluent in Agile methodologies and sprint management tools.
• Hands-on when needed—comfortable reviewing code or helping unblock a developer.

• Fintech, debt collection, or healthcare experience.
• Worked with AI/automation platforms or complex workflows.
• Experience building or scaling SaaS products in a startup environment.
