Our focus on Customer Experience is driven by Innovation Job Summary: The Manager of Engineering will manage and lead the development team (Chatbot team). Duties/Responsibilities: • Specialising in python with django and flask framework. • Stakeholder management - to manage client and internal expectations. Communicating the status of the project, shrewd in negotiating timelines and tactful in managing escalations. • Understanding client requirements and helping clients in solutioning. • Manage day today chatbot operations and management of chatbot builder and live agent platform. • Organising and prioritising projects. • Possess leadership skills to mentor, motivate and build a strong team. • Focus and investing time on R&D for building innovative and advanced features. • Possess product management skills Technical Skills/Abilities: • Python with Django and Flask frameworks. • Proficient AWS cloud • Hands on Relational and nosql databases example postgres, mongo db, redis • Ability to build functional, efficient, fault tolerant and scalable application • Logical skills • GenAI and chatbot domain expertise • Expertise in Chatbot development using the Rasa framework. • Working with NLP engine like AWS lex • Experience of Architectural practices like Scalability, Resilience, High Performance, Horizontal scalability, Security, Cost control and Fault tolerant platforms. • Knowledge in frontend and app development using flutter • AWS Skills expected: EC2, EBS, EFS, DocumentDB, RDS, Lambda function, S3, ECS etc. • Well versed with Git, experience of using GitLab or GitHub.
