Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to join our team at Marriott International, with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing engineering teams and driving project success.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise engineering teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Analyze project data to optimize engineering processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
