Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India, for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, provide leadership to cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of key objectives. Responsibilities include managing engineering teams, supervising software development projects, handling project timelines and budgets, ensuring integration processes, and collaborating across departments to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to ensure successful project implementation.
• Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Educational qualifications in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or engineering software solutions industry is a plus.
