The Front-end Experiences organization at HashiCorp exists to enable and support the engineering and design delivery of accessible, high-quality UIs through a focus on tooling, infrastructure, design systems, education, and culture. The organization is responsible for [1] Helios, HashiCorp's design system, our accessibility program, the long-term reliability and stability of our UIs, and more. The organization acts as a center of excellence to support the front-end engineers and designers across all of HashiCorp R&D.

As the Engineering Manager for Frontend Enablement India Team at HashiCorp, you will build and lead a high-performing team to achieve our vision ofThis is a pivotal hire for us, with the potential to grow into a Senior Engineering Manager role as the team scales and matures. We are seeking candidates with significant engineering experience and proven leadership capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, mentor, and lead a diverse and high-performing engineering team. Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• At least 10 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. Experience leading diverse product engineering teams is highly preferred.
• Strong background in frontend engineering and UI development. Proficiency in Javascript and frameworks like React or Ember.js are beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team success.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
