Engineering Manager - Frontend

As an Engineering Manager at Unifize, you will be leading a team of 15 developers in Bangalore and collaborating closely with Product Management to plan releases and oversee implementation. Your responsibilities will include resource allocation, tracking development deadlines, negotiating feature sets, identifying and managing issues and risks, driving the testing process, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will have full people management responsibility, including hiring, promotions, performance management, compensation, and training and development.
