About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead and scale a cross-functional team of engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA automation disciplines. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, leadership, people management, and delivery oversight to ensure high-quality output and a thriving engineering culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend, backend, mobile, and QA engineers Collaborate with product managers and designers to plan and deliver high-impact features Ensure timely delivery of projects, with focus on code quality , performance , and scalability Foster a strong engineering culture rooted in collaboration , continuous improvement , and technical excellence Drive career growth and development for engineers through 1:1s, goal-setting, and feedback Own engineering processes: CI/CD, code reviews, testing standards, and agile rituals Partner with talent teams to recruit and retain top engineering talent Work closely with DevOps, QA, and security teams to ensure a robust and secure infrastructure Requirements: 8–12 years of total experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role Hands-on experience with modern engineering stacks , especially in React/TypeScript , .NET Core , REST APIs , Kotlin/Swift , or test automation frameworks Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance people leadership with strong delivery focus Nice to Have: Prior experience in startups or product-led environments Exposure to cloud platforms , CI/CD tooling, and scalable system design Familiarity with OKRs , sprint metrics, and agile methodologies Show more Show less
