Lead Business Analyst (Metro / Highways / Stadium / Ports)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Port Operations / Sports & Stadium Operations / Transport: Metro & Highways Operations to support and guide strategic customer engagements and digital transformation initiatives across maritime and port logistics. In this role, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Port Processes , leveraging your hands-on experience with port authorities, terminal operators, shipping lines, and logistics providers to drive operational excellence and innovative technology solutions. For Transport: Metro & Highways Operations: This role requires hands-on experience with intelligent transport systems (ITS), fare collection systems, asset management, and traffic flow analytics, as well as strong stakeholder engagement with government transport bodies, concessionaires, and urban mobility experts. For Sports & Stadium Operations: This role requires a strong understanding of the end-to-end operations of sports stadiums and arenas, fan experience management, and sports event execution.
