Key Responsibilities:

• Own full project delivery: planning, execution, timelines, and closure
• Provide technical direction and ensure engineering best practices
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers (and possibly QA/DevOps)
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Drive process improvement, delivery excellence, and team performance
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and ensure profitability

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in leading engineering teams and project delivery.
• Hands-on experience in any

  .NET, Java, Python, or any technology stack

• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clients, leadership, and product teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Strong focus on team development, technical quality, and outcomes
