Role & responsibilities

12+ years of IT experience in application/product development
Must have strong experience in technologies like Java / UI skills
Experience in Jira and agile processes
Run scrum meetings between onshore and offshore teams
Must understand the scope of work, assist team in understanding the work
Ability to translate requirements to code/Feature development
Mentor the team technically and in soft skills
Oversee delivery, track delivery progress
Establish onshore and offshore co-ordination and status reporting
Identify risks, issues, dependencies and communicate them effectively to onshore teams and stakeholders
Identify key stakeholders, establish Customer connect and establish regular governance processes
