Monitor performance and mentor the team to ensure high-quality work.Establish and enforceengineeringbest practices, standards, and processes to optimize productivity and quality assurance.Collaborate closely with product management and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards, and security protocols.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and recommending strategic enhancements.Define project milestones, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.Lead efforts to ensure the security and compliance of our systems, including data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement to maximize project success.Create and maintain the technical vision and architecture for our global SaaS offering.Qualifications:6-8 years of progressive experience in softwareengineering.Proficiency in Python and JavaScript technologies (e.g., Django, Flask, React.js, Node.js) andfamiliarity with modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, etc.).Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to build, mentor, and motivatehigh-performingengineeringteams.
