Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Manager role located in Tarapur. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department, ensuring seamless plant operations, and enhancing manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include leading preventive maintenance activities, managing projects for equipment installations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires providing strategic guidance to the team and maintaining the efficient functioning of R&D and manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in engineering operations, plant maintenance, and process optimization
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing projects in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards, including USFDA, EUGMP, and related frameworks
• Proficiency in using engineering tools and software for process design and analytical reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is highly preferred
