Job Responsibilities: Tender administrationa. Knowledge / exposure of FIDIC contract terms/ clauses.b. Oversee the Pre-Contract Team to ensure tendering processes is followed for multiple projects.c. Job Description- Duties & Responsibilities • Conduct on-site quality inspections for Interior works such as flooring, tiling wall panelling, false ceiling, cased goods, Mill works and Loose furniture and FFE • Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards • Inspect materials delivered to the site for compliance with approved Material Approval Requests (MARs) and technical specifications. • Assist the planner in implementing sequencing of works and Hand Over &Take Over of areas • Implement Quality Control procedures, ITPs. MIRs and work WIRs on site • Maintain detailed inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records. • Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to address quality-related concerns. • Participate in client, consultant, and internal quality review meetings. • Support in preparing monthly quality reports and recommendations for improvement. Required Experience ▪ Diploma, / B.E. in Civil Eng. or B Arch.
