Please have a look at the job description below and company profile for your reference : https://ascentis.build/ OPENING IN 3 LOCATION- PUNE/HYDERABAD/BENGALURU Job Title- Assistant Manager- Quality Control MEP (Site based role) Location- Pune/Hyderabad/Bengaluru Working hours- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm No of Positions- 4 Working days- Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday working. NOTE- Require strong MEP installation/MEP execution experience for this profile plus Quality control. Candidate must have experience in independently handling entire MEPF package for the project. Hospitality project experience is preferred. Job Description- Duties & Responsibilities Conduct on-site quality inspections for MEP Low Side works for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and Low Voltage works Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards Inspect materials delivered to the site for compliance with approved Material Approval Requests (MARs) and technical specifications. Assist the planner in implementing sequencing of works and Hand Over &Take Over of areas Implement Quality Control procedures, ITPs. MIRs and work WIRs on site Maintain detailed inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records. Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to address quality-related concerns. Participate in client, consultant, and internal quality review meetings. Support in preparing monthly quality reports and recommendations for improvement. Required Education & Skills Diploma, B. Tech. or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, IT Min 3 ~ 5 years of experience in construction management and site execution of MEP Low Side Work for fitout projects Exposure in working with contracting firms, and project management organizations for a high-end fitout works, from start till completion Experience in working for a hotel project will be preferred Good interpersonal and leadership skills, Eye for detail in MEP installations prior to closure of shafts and ceilings Ability to read contractor shop drawings Good communication skills.
