Engineering Coordinator

Job Title: Engineering Co-Ordinator

Reports To: DGM / GM (Engineering)

Objective: To work as Engineering Co-Ordinator to work along with Engineering Team/project team/Consultant/Clients for timely delivery of engineering targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Review, tracking and update of Document control index received from engineering consultant.

2. Review, tracking and update of Master deliverable list of engineering packages.

3. Review, tracking and update of Daily progress reports.

4. Providing the site team with various daily, weekly and monthly reports along with activity monitoring sheets

5. Preparation of S-Curve and progress charts. Discussion with contractors, suppliers, PMC, consultant and client as required.

6. Preparation of reports & presentation higher management reports (MD, VP, AVP etc.)

7. Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and coordination meetings along with client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor and engineering team. Highlight various critical issues and deriving solutions in order to resolve the same.

8. Coordination and support during various audits, maintaining relevant documents and providing internal awareness to the engineering team members.

9. Have excellent command on MS Office especially power point and MS Excel.

Skills, Experience & Education:

The ideal candidate should have expertise to work engineering coordinator with overall experience of a minimum of 10 years. Candidate must have worked on site in reputed EPC / GC companies. Candidate to have degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (B. Tech /B.E.) and 7 to 10 years of work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
