Job Description

Must have excellent knowledge in Hardware & Networking. Certification in any Voice stream is added advantage.
Knowledge or hands on experience (4+ yrs) in any EPBX systems with PRI, SIP Trunk Genesis, Cisco, Siemens or Avaya and Call center technology. IP, Digital & Analog phones configurations.
Good Troubleshooting knowledge and deep understanding on VoIP technology with Domain skills like AD,DHCP, DNS, Switching, VoIP codecs, IP protocols and Deep understanding on OSI architecture.
Knowledge on Basic to core system, OS level, AV devices.
AR and RCM process understanding. Vendor co-ordination, Asset maintenance. Team values.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work for night shifts. And working for Global Voice team.
