Job Summary "Product Design & Development Skills 1. Experience in Design & Development BIW SYSTEMS Closures (Doors, Roof, Bonnet, Tail Gate), Fender, Carrier Systems Front End Carrier, Crash Management System. 2. Very Good Skills in Catia V5 Surface, Solid Modeling & Drafting. , Experience on PLM Connect 3. Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis, Joining Processes for Sheet metal parts. 4. Understanding of Sheet metal part Operations Piercing, Blanking, Forming, Drawing, Trimming etc. for tooling feasibility. 5. Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg., assembly & Serviceability) 6. Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable Project Co ordination & Communication Skills 1. Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery,Time lines for responsible system. 2. Maintain & support project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings. 3.
