To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Engineer – Quality located in Chennai (Sriperumbudur) What a Typical Day Looks Like Develop and implement quality procedures and work instructions. Conduct process audits and ensure compliance at WH. Conduct incoming inspection for raw materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product quality issues in a timely manner. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects and implement corrective actions. Provide training and support to team members on quality-related matters and best practices. Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001,TL9000, Etc). The experience we’re looking to add to our team Graduates with 4+ years of relevant work experience Preferably Diploma / BE / B.Tech Proven experience in Product & Process, preferably in electronic manufacturing or WH. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools such as FMEA, control charts, and root cause analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in quality management and statistical analysis tools.
