Operational Leadership: Providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of multiple electronics manufacturing facilities which include PCAB Production , Box Build production like Single and Three Phase UPS , Industrial Drives , Power Distribution Units , Harmonic Filters etc. Production Management: Overseeing production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet quality, volume, and cost targets across the factories and Improve Labour Productivity Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality electronic products to customers. Oversee GEMBA activities to ensure Quality Fundamentals are driven and sustained Supply Chain Management: Managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to support production needs and meet delivery timelines. Technology and Innovation: Driving the adoption of advanced 4IR technologies, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product innovation. Drive and Lead SMART FACTORY, Light House initiatives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols to maintain a compliant and sustainable manufacturing operation. Drive our Sustainability , Biodiversity and Circular Economy Initiatives and meet the SSI targets Team Management: Building and leading a capable and motivated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across the electronics cluster. Building Electrifiers ( Subject Matter Experts) and a Succession planning for Critical Roles Cost Management: Developing and managing budgets, controlling manufacturing costs, and implementing cost-saving initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.EX: Air Freights , PPV etc. Customer Engagement: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Visit and Maintain Customer Intimacy and ensure Proactive engagement Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of long-term manufacturing strategies, capacity expansion plans, and investment decisions to support the growth and competitiveness of the electronics cluster. Serve as the primary negotiator and commercial lead for EMS contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Oversee Master Service Agreement (MSA) negotiations, ongoing contract management, and regular improvement of terms and conditions Qualifications MD in Electronics Engineering or other Technical field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. At least 20 years practical experience with at least 5 years of operations management in PCBA manufacturing &/or electronics field. Quality expertise for PCBA/electronics is a plus Primary Location : IN-Karnataka-Bangalore Schedule : Full-time Unposting Date : Ongoing
