Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The EMS Design lead will oversee the design and development of electronic manufacturing solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. This role combines deep technical expertise in electronics design with strong leadership and program management skills, driving innovation, efficiency, and quality across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Strong knowledge of power electronics circuit design, inverter topologies, and IGBT selection for application-specific PCS. - Expertise in renewable energy systems (PV, wind) and microgrid control and optimization. - Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools: MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, PSSE, ETAP, PVsyst, AMESIM, PSIM. - Experience with embedded programming and FPGA-based control systems. - Familiarity with PCB design tools (OrCAD) and PSpice for electronics circuit analysis. - Understanding of industrial communication protocols and automation integration.

Technical Competencies


    Knowledge of Energy Management System/PLC/DCS/SCADA. ,Site and Hands on Experience on DCS/PLC/SCADA will be added advantage,Knowledge on design of system architecture /control logics,Knowledge of all design and engineering scope of work deliverables

Qualifications and Experience


    BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Control System/Electrical and Control System/Electronics and Control System 8 to 10 years
