1. Lead the design and development activities with hardware and electrical design team.
2. Interact with design teams of Mechanical, Hydraulics, to freeze specifications for machine controls system design, propose controls systems suitable for machine controls to customers and/or sales team.
3. Monitor Shop floor, customer issues of machines controls and provide resolution for the issues observed during machine start -up, commissioning or at site.
4. Guide engineers in applications of Servo Motors, Servo Drives , PLC system, HMI Inverters, Hydraulic Servo Systems.
5. Project and resource Planning
1. Experience of min 18-20 yrs in related field of machines/ industrial automation and controls
2. Must be already in a leadership position leading a team of engineers in Electronics, Electrical Automation projects for at least 5 yrs .
3. Prior experience in motion control applications/ servo systems.
4. Knowledge of Electrical, Electronics automation and Hydraulic Servo Applications, Motion control System.
5. Experience on designing electrical circuits using EPLAN/AutoCAD electrical design Software
6. Sound knowledge on selection of Electrical components for electrical panel (PMCC, PCC, MCC, Drive Panel, PLC Panel) design for machine operation and Electrical Plant.
7. Sound knowledge of power calculation, wire duct calculation, Heat load calculation, cable calculation and earthing trench layout.
