Headquartered in Bangalore, India and with offices in USA, Germany, Australia and the Netherlands, TAAL Tech serves a global client base that includes a number of Fortune 500 Corporations Position: Project Lead/Manager Work Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore Education: B.E Experience: 10+ Years of Experience Role & responsibilities: Must have 10+ years of experience in project management within the engineering, metals/minerals processing plants, with managing multi-discipline teams. Proven experience in EPC/EPCM project environments and metals/minerals processing Leading and directing engineering and design activities to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with client needs, HSE standards, quality, and commercial outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing technical teams across diverse cultural environments. Advanced client, people, communication, and management skills. Diverse experience in processing facilities across multiple resource commodities. Experience with brine lithium is an advantage. Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the engineering function. Ensuring successful execution of engineering works to meet project commercial requirements. Leading design management activities, including planning methods, policies, and procedures, and initiating improvements. Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and standards through Safety in Design actions. Championing quality management and continuous improvement of engineering processes and systems.
