We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Sales Leader who can take our Machine Manufacturing Division (MMD) to the next level of growth and excellence. The ideal candidate will not only lead sales operations but will also play a key strategic role in expanding our market presence, driving innovation in sales processes, and building a high-performance team culture. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical understanding with a business-oriented mindset to deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities to handle:

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and revenue maximization for the machine division.
Identify new market opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and acquire new businesses to expand the company's presence in the industry.
Manage existing customer accounts through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve overall operational efficiency.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic planning decisions

You should have:

Min 25 years of marketing experience and minimum 5 years in a Sr. position.
Well versed in marketing to Automotive and Auto component industries is must.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Good negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel.
