Job Description

Responsibilities:

1525 years of experience in Design & Build in either Pharma or Solar, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role \
Leads the end-to-end delivery of pharmaceutical facilities, including manufacturing plants, cleanrooms, laboratories, warehouses, and utilities.
This role ensures all projects are executed in full compliance with GMP, regulatory, safety, quality, and validation requirements while meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, WHO, and EHS standards Manage execution of design-and-build pharma projects from concept through commissioning and handover
To lead design and build department team Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, and CAPEX forecasts
Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants Control project budgets, schedules, and quality outcomes
Oversee manpower planning and capability development Establish pharma-specific design, construction, and validation standards and procedures
