Execute employee data management processes (e.g., new hires, job changes, exits) accurately and on time.
Analyze and follow Work Instructions, escalating complex issues as needed.
Participate in client calls and maintain proper documentation.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Suggest process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain daily process metrics and MIS.
Provide high-level customer service with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Update client systems with accurate data and complete tasks within deadlines.
