Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Specialist I to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders through regular communication and feedback sessions.
Handle employee complaints and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
Provide training and coaching to employees on conflict resolution, harassment prevention, and diversity and inclusion.
Analyze employee data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in employee relations, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with HR software and systems, including talent management and performance management tools.
