We're Hiring: Assistant Manager HR Employee Relations (BPO)

Position: Assistant Manager HR Employee Relations

Work Location Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore

Address: 41, St. Johns Road, Rukmani Colony, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560042

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in HR Employee Relations in a BPO
  • Strong knowledge employee relation, employee retention, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicts professionally
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems
  • Experience in handling large employee bases and high-paced environments
  • Day Shifts and 5.5 Working days
  • Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi

Required Skills:

  • Must possess team handling skills. Able to resolve the team conflicts. • Support administration of employee relations programs and initiatives. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and documentation. Schedule, coordinate, and participate in employee relations meetings and discussions.
  • Gather and analyze data related to employee relations issues and trends. Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations activities and outcomes.
  • Draft and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures. Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, resources, and benefits.
  • Support enforcement of company policies and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and events. Plan and execute employee engagement surveys.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on employee relations matters. Update HR database with relevant employee relations information.
  • Facilitate open communication between employees and management. Develop and deliver training sessions related to employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Coordinate exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees.
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
