Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist with strong experience in generating international leads (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, Europe). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email campaigns, website inquiries management, CRM handling, and basic SEO & digital marketing knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing & Lead Generation

• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting international markets.

• Generate high-quality leads through cold emailing, drip sequences, and automation.

• Build and maintain segmented email lists using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Apollo, or Lemlist.

• Track email performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better results.

• International Client Outreach

• Research and identify potential clients in international markets.

• Execute outreach campaigns for website development, SEO, digital marketing, and branding services.

• Follow up with leads regularly and push them toward conversion.

• Website Inquiry Handling

• Manage website leads and respond to incoming inquiries professionally.

• Ensure timely follow-up and convert inquiries into qualified leads.

• Maintain records of all website leads in CRM tools.

• SEO & Digital Marketing Support

• Assist the team with on-page SEO tasks like meta tags, keyword research, and basic content optimization.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve website traffic and brand visibility.

• Support social media and content teams whenever needed.


Required Skills:

• Strong experience in international email lead generation (mandatory).

• Understanding of email automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, etc.).

• Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, on-page optimization, reporting).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive).

• Data-driven and analytical mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an IT, SaaS, or digital marketing agency.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation ads (optional).

• Ability to write persuasive email copy.
