Job Description

Plan and execute email campaigns and nurture workflows for IT service offerings.
Build segmentation and personalization strategies for B2B decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
Drive lead generation using frameworks like lead scoring, MQL/SQL criteria, and funnel optimization.
Use tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp.
Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, conversions) and run A/B tests.
Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging with IT service offerings.
