Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist at Greenstaff Medicals, your role will involve developing and executing targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. You will be responsible for managing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, designing personalized content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Develop segmented lists and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling copy and email templates. - Ensure all communications are optimized for desktop and mobile devices. - Manage subscriber data, track email performance metrics, and recommend optimizations. - Build automated journeys for lead nurturing, candidate re-engagement, and client outreach. - Partner with recruitment and business development teams to align email campaigns with hiring and client acquisition goals. - Support marketing initiatives across digital channels as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Strong understanding of email best practices, automation, and compliance. - Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template editing. - Data-driven mindset with analytical and reporting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
