Job Description

You will be responsible for designing and managing end-to-end global email campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, events, product updates, and retargeting. Additionally, you will build and manage automated drip campaigns for various buyer journeys and service lines, such as Data and Analytics Services, M365 Services, and Dynamics 365 CRM. Furthermore, your role will involve developing segmentation and personalization strategies based on industry, region, persona, and funnel stage. Collaboration with content, design, and sales teams will be required to craft compelling messaging for IT decision-makers. You will be optimizing email sequences through A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and send times. Measuring and reporting on campaign performance metrics, such as open rate, click-through rate, MQLs, and lead-to-opportunity ratio, will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will maintain marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensure global compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations. Lastly, close alignment with SDRs and sales teams to support pipeline acceleration and follow-up communications will be crucial for success in this role. - 6-8 years of B2B email marketing experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in handling drip campaigns and nurturing workflows. - Goal-oriented individual who can help generate qualified leads from the outbound channel. - Strong understanding of international lead generation, particularly in North America, ANZ, and UK markets. - Proficiency with email automation tools and CRM integrations like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho. - Data-driven approach with a track record of analyzing and improving email KPIs and conversion rates. - Excellent writing, content mapping, and workflow planning skills. - Familiarity with IT services and B2B buyer journeys. - Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-paced, growth-oriented environment. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with full-funnel marketing strategies in an IT services or SaaS environment. - Knowledge of Microsoft product ecosystems and enterprise tech buyers. - Background in aligning drip campaigns with content calendars, webinars, and ABM campaigns. - Expertise in setting up and planning automated workflows/integrations to streamline email marketing processes. - Implementation of automation into manual email tasks and processes with precision.,
