Job Description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Associate to join our sales team. You’ll manage and execute targeted email campaigns to support outbound efforts, boost lead engagement, and drive revenue. This role works closely with the sales team to optimize email performance and communication strategy. Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage outbound and nurture email campaigns to support sales goals. Set up, manage, and optimize Sales campaigns. Monitor inboxes, handle replies, and assist in lead qualification. Write compelling, personalized email copy tailored to different industries, personas, and stages of the buyer journey. Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and targeting strategies. Manage lead segmentation for precise targeting based on source, behavior, engagement level, and demographics. Analyze and report on campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, click rates, conversions) and make data-driven recommendations. Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, copy, timing, and sequence steps. Ensure email campaigns are compliant with deliverability best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Maintain and update the email and lead databases to ensure data hygiene and accuracy. Stay current with email marketing trends, Smartlead updates, and best practices for improving outbound email performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 0–2 years of experience in email marketing, ideally in a B2B sales environment. Strong copywriting skills, with a focus on sales and outbound messaging. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM). Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance-driven improvements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Basic understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and warm-up strategies. Bonus Points: Experience running cold email lead generation campaigns at scale. Familiarity with sales tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Smartlead (or similar tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Outreach.io).
