Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing electronic systems and components for aerospace applications. This role involves working on cutting-edge avionics technologies, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities


Hardware Design and Development:

  • Design and develop electronic circuits for avionics systems, including power supplies, signal processing, and communication modules.
  • Create schematics, perform simulations, and design PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium or OrCAD).

System Integration:

  • Collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to integrate hardware components into avionics systems.
  • Conduct hardware-software co-simulation and testing for seamless system performance.

Testing and Validation:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in hardware prototypes and production systems.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in avionics hardware technologies.
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of avionics systems.


Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ year experience in electronics hardware design

Skills:

  • Proficiency in hardware design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
  • Ability to create & review schematics and debug hardware.
  • Experienced in protocols such as I2C, SPI & UART.
  • Knowledge of USB and USB-PD protocols is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge in microcontroller programming.
  • Experience in thermal and mechanical considerations for electronic systems in aerospace applications.

Other:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Creating documents in word, PPT & Excel
  • Already have an experience in avionics systems is preferred
