Tender Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Aerospace/Aeronautical graduate (0–1 year experience) to support inside sales, tender preparation, and technical documentation activities. The role involves coordinating with technical teams, maintaining client databases, and assisting in business development initiatives. Excellent English communication and a willingness to learn are key to success in this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inside sales activities, including customer communication and product/service presentations.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting technical and commercial tenders/proposals for aerospace and related projects.
• Coordinate with technical teams to draft accurate technical documentation, datasheets, and compliance papers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, clients, and government/defense tenders.
• Maintain client databases, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
• Ensure tender documentation meets customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Support sales reporting, MIS updates, and internal coordination with management.
• Contribute to building long-term client relationships by providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering (Graduates with 0–1 year experience preferred).
• Strong interest in technical documentation, tender preparation, and sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi preferred, not mandatory; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with tender portals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
